1. Applicant must be:

A. Elk paid up member, or

B. Spouse of Elk paid up Member, or

C. Child (or stepchild) of Elk paid up member, or

D. Grandchild (or step-grandchild) of Elk paid up member. Great grandchildren are not eligible.

2. Applicant’s class level for the upcoming fall semester must be a college Junior or Senior.

3. Applicant’s permanent address must be within the jurisdiction of an Arkansas Elks Lodge.

4. Applicant must attend an accredited four-year American College or University.

5. Applicant must enclose an official copy of their college transcript(s).

6. Applications are available at all Arkansas Elks Lodges

Applications must be postmarked by July 18, 2025, and mailed or emailed to :
